Our February Bookworm color is Dragonfire! This is a rich, jewel-toned, yet still fiery variegate that marries orange, burgundy, fuchsia, and gold.
We are reading all things dragon this month! It was so difficult to narrow the books down this time, since I love a good dragon story, but we are going with Fireborne (Rosaria Munda), So Let Them Burn (Kamilah Cole), and Tess of the Road (Rachel Hartman).

While the subscription does not come with a book, we direct you to indie shopping options such as @bookshop_org, @librofm for audiobooks, and @thriftbooks and @libby.app for my fellow folks who need to watch their budget.

5% of club sales will be donated quarterly to @uniteagainstbookbans - a 501(c)3 project of the American Library Association that empowers the literary community to fight rapidly rising rates of book bans, challenges, and censorship.

The Bookworm Club is a monthly preorder limited edition yarn available for purchase the 1-7th of each month only. All club yarns will ship by the end of their corresponding month. January Bookworm Club ships by January 31, February Bookworm Club ships by February 28, and so on.

Care Instructions

To keep finished objects looking their best, hand-wash in cool water and lay flat to dry.

Each skein is hand-washed thoroughly after dyeing, but please keep in mind that minimal bleeding or crocking can still occur on first wash. A prewash is recommended for projects using multiple colors, especially saturated colors.

As with all hand-dyed yarns, especially plant fibers, slight variations should be expected between batches and even within dye lots. We strongly advise purchasing all skeins for a project at the same time to ensure they come from the same dye lot. It is also best practice to alternate skeins as you work.
