Visionary - a cool-toned blend of rich jewel tones with neon pops - is our benefit colorway for the 2025 Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Visionary of the Year campaign. We are teaming up with Frog It! Yarns and several other indie dyers to raise money in the fight against blood cancers! $5 for every skein sold will be donated weekly by Terrapin Fiberworks to this campaign!

Visionary is available exclusively March 11 - May 22 through Terrapin Fiberworks' website, with a small pop-up in person April 19 at the Sharp Top Fiber Gathering, and a guest appearance in the Cesium Yarn truck at the April 26 Frederick Fiber Fest.

Visionaries look to the future--and see infinite possibility.

They challenge the status quo--and make the impossible possible.

They boldly imagine a better world--and lead the charge to create it.

Care Instructions

To keep finished objects looking their best, hand-wash in cool water and lay flat to dry.

Each skein is hand-washed thoroughly after dyeing, but please keep in mind that minimal bleeding or crocking can still occur on first wash. A prewash is recommended for projects using multiple colors, especially saturated colors.

As with all hand-dyed yarns, especially plant fibers, slight variations should be expected between batches and even within dye lots. We strongly advise purchasing all skeins for a project at the same time to ensure they come from the same dye lot. It is also best practice to alternate skeins as you work.
